We are looking for a:

Support Engineer (M/F) – Student 


Work location: Zagreb

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and chat channels.
  • Document support cases and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles and documentation.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on product features, updates, and industry best practices.


We are looking for students that: 

  • Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills with a passion for technology.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Have basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

        *Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus, but not required.
