We are looking for a:
Legal Counsel (M/F) – Public Procurement
with documented competence, experience and interest in the field of public procurement and contract law. You will contribute to achieving business objectives of the Ericsson Nikola Tesla Group (ENTG).
You will be responsible for providing legal support for ENTG’s business activities in both Croatian and international market.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to internal stakeholders by a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- In coordination with internal stakeholders, review and develop ways of working with the aim to increase efficiency and quality and to enable ENTG achieve its business goals
- Be readily available so that the internal stakeholders are provided with professional, fast and effective support
- Continuously seek to improve the quality level of legal support.
Main tasks:
- Provide legal support for public procurement, commercial, sourcing and sales activities
- Provide legal support in relation to compliance with internal and external regulations
- Review, analyze and draft legal documents (contractual and other documentation)
- Negotiate contracts considering applicable policies, directives, and relevant legislation
- Advise and guide internal stakeholders on contractual and legal matters
- Provide other legal support as required by ENTG’s business objectives and activities
Qualifications:
- Law degree
- Bar exam is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent in Croatian and English
- Strong knowledge of public procurement regulations and experience handling government contracts
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Excellent skills in negotiation, contract drafting, and communication
- Solution-oriented
- Team-oriented
